Healing Powers of Water
Performing yoga in nature, especially on a paddle board, quietens the mental chatter, helping to bring you into the present moment. Being around water helps many of us to calm our minds and our senses, creating a sense of peace. It helps us to gain a new perspective, having the freedom of the water to inspire and wake up our energy channels. Helping you to feel more connected and better at what you do.
Fun on the Water
Our instructors have vast experience as Water Sports instructors as well as teaching all aspects of water Rescue to Lifeguards and Emergency Medical and Rescue Personnel ensuring the best and safest experience whilst in our care out on the water.
