High Sensitivity and Your Physical Body
If you are a highly sensitive person (HSP), your senses will become overwhelmed quickly, leading to tiredness, fatigue, pain in your body. It can be an exhausting experience, draining, continuing to burnout and depression.
I work with some people who feel that they are different from others, I know how it feels to not know where you fit in. People around you can make you feel like you're never enough, and wonder why you are not like others. This can lead to a very distressing image of believing that you are not enough. I'm here to reassure you that you are enough and that you always have been enough.
